Absolutely love this clinic! I went in for my eye exam and was blown away with the staff’s courteous service and knowledge about eye health. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was warm, friendly and professional. Dr. Dias took the time to really get to know me and listen to me. She explained many things to me about my eyes that I never knew and I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years. I witnessed the Office Manager with the other patients as well and she made them feel special. The customers were happy and grateful. It shouldn't surprise us when we are treated with warmth and kindness but it still does and it sure is nice to experience and witness. They were the essence of professionalism.

I had my first optometry appointment at East Gwillimbury Optometry. My first impression was that they took me in at my scheduled time. I was very impressed. They were very informative and explained the tests why they were done and answered all my questions. The staff are so warm and helpful. I loved that they submitted my claim directly. They had a wide variety of options for glasses and lenses and even helped me make a choice. My visit was not just an appointment but a great experience. I highly recomend them.

Eye doctor was very thorough, she took her time with me and I did not feel rushed. She was great with my girls-they now keep asking when they'll have their next eye check up. They have a great selection of glasses, I found sunglasses that I wouldn't have tried if the lady hadn't asked me to try them, but I have received so many compliments on them! Its great to have a local optometrist in Holland Landing.

The eye doctor was very patient and kind with my grandmother. She took her time to explain things. She also discussed ways to prevent eye diseases. They also dealt with the insurance paperwork directly so we had less work. This location is beautifully set up.

Nice location and the staff is helpful and friendly. The fact that this clinic can do direct insurance submission is a big help and very convenient. The doctor is great, she explains things going on throughout the exam which helped me understand what was going on. Overall great place to go!
